Must. Keep. Shopping.

Though I have no clue how we're going to get anything home. I am the packing queen however, the only problem is we have to be able to actually *lift* the suitcases.

Here are the promised pictures of productive knitting.
Vine and Lace Beret:

Since I took the picture yesterday this has actually been completed and is blocking as we speak.

Peaks Island Hood:

Since I took this picture yesterday I have completed a total of 22 inches. I have to get to 28 to begin the increases for the hood.

Dad's Socks:

Haven't worked on them in two days but that's okay, they're really car or airplane knitting.

Now I have to get to bed, we have another shopping marathon scheduled for tomorrow. Larry's mom could possibly out shop my mom. I'm hoping to never test that. Then again as long as I'm not paying who cares!

You ladies are awesome! I love the comment generating blogroll. What a fantastic idea. I usually check it out once or twice a week and leave a few comments on different blogs and I love the ones I am getting here! Keep up the good work.

Hi there, fellow PEAR!

You have such good taste in yarn - I love all of it. That beret is knitting up so nicely in the Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino.

Are you knitting the socks on Signature DPNs? I've heard such great things about those needles...

I'm using KnitPicks 4 inch sock DPNs. They're teeny! I love them, but I have small hands. I can see how they could get annoying to anyone with hands bigger than a child's. They were perfect for the airplane, security didn't even bat an eye.

I can't wait to try a pair of gloves using them.

As for knitting, I've done next to none the since we got home. We came home to an infestation of fleas. I'm just now beginning to feel like I've got a grip on things. I hope to do some writing today. Then I've got two more Channukah gifts to finish. Good thing we've got 8 days!

I LOVE the colors you are using in these projects. I have said it several times lately, but I am going to have to take up knitting! I bet I would collect yarn like I collect paper right now! LOL!

Dropping by with PEAR love...~Lanie
